My spiritual path began by pure accident, as most do. I was working in a very stressful corporate oil and gas job, and needed something to help manage my stress, support my sleep, and cope with the role’s overwhelming daily demands.To help support myself and avoid burnout, I enrolled in a yoga studio close to my home, and immediately fell in love.
Shortly after, I was introduced to the book, “The Artist’s Way” by Julia Cameron, and at the end of the 12 weeks working with the book, I put in my two weeks notice, and signed up for yoga teacher training. That was in 2010 and I haven’t looked back since.
Since that time, I have intensively studied yoga, meditation, the chakras, Reiki, sound bath balancing, crystal balancing, sacred oils, Feng Shui, and Human Design. My passion in all I do is to help others experience the same sense of peace, balance, and alignment that transformed my own life.

What payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept online payments for regular sessions. Some services, like past life regressions and Reiki certifications, require a deposit. Only pop-ups and energetic coaching sessions can, and must, be paid for online. For in-person sessions, we accept cash (exact change only) and credit cards. Please note, filling out the intake form does not involve payment, as no credit card information is collected.
